On November 7, 2024, in the global furniture industry, the distance between Dongguan and Milan, Italy, was shortened due to a significant inspection.

With deep expectations for the international development of Dongguan's furniture industry, the leaders of the Dongguan Municipal Government made a special trip to the famous high-end furniture center in Milan, Italy, Meda Town, to visit the R&D center of Carbine Furniture.

After arriving at Carbine's Italian R&D Center, the city leaders first went deep into its manufacturing plant. In the workshop, advanced equipment was running in an orderly manner, and craftsmen were concentrating on carving each piece of furniture.

The city leaders had cordial communication with the founder and team of the factory, and learned about the development history of the factory in detail. They had a more intuitive understanding of the exquisite Italian furniture craftsmanship. From traditional manual skills to modern CNC processing, every link shows the excellent quality of Italian furniture manufacturing.

At the same time, the city leaders and their delegation conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the exhibition hall of Carbine Milan flagship store.

Exquisite furniture was displayed there, integrating the fashion of Italian design with the charm of Chinese culture. Afterwards, the city leaders held a symposium with Carbine’s overseas design team.

At the meeting, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on the cooperation between Italian design and Chinese brands, and the overseas design team shared the experience and results of cooperation with Carbine. Mr. Deng Xin, founder of Carbine, brought a theme report on "Let Dongguan Furniture Become a Chinese Business Card", expounding Carbine‘s internationalization strategy and its vision for Dongguan's furniture industry to go global.

The municipal government leaders highly affirmed Carbine’s efforts and made it clear that they will actively support Dongguan furniture brands to go overseas and integrate global design resources, and help Dongguan furniture shine on the international stage.
