Leather furniture
① Regular cleaning
Wipe the leather surface with a clean, damp cotton cloth to remove dust and dirt. You can also use a special leather cleaning solution or leather texture cleaner to clean the leather, but you need to follow the product instructions.
② Avoid sunlight and high temperature
Extended exposure to the sun may cause leather furniture to fade and crack, so it should be kept away from direct sunlight. If not used for a long time, leather furniture can be covered with cloth and stored in a cool and dry place.
③ Avoid contact with sharp objects
Avoid sharp objects, or hard objects such as hooks and buttons, directly rubbing leather furniture to prevent scratches and scratches.
④ Pay attention to moisture-proof
Leather furniture is prone to mold in a humid environment, so a dry and ventilated environment should be maintained. A dehumidifier box can be used to absorb moisture in humid seasons.
⑤ Leather care
Regularly use special leather care oil or wax to provide maintenance for leather furniture, and it can also protect its surface from oxidation and fading.
Fabric furniture
① Daily cleaning
When it is stained with dry dirt such as dust and sand, just pat it gently or use a vacuum cleaner to clean it. As for granular sand, you can use a brush to brush it inwards.
② Regular dust removal
Fabric furniture will become dull after a long time of use. Regularly (once a week is recommended) dust the fabric furniture to keep it clean and tidy.
③ Remove stains
If there are stains on the fabric furniture (drinks, juice, etc., you can first use cotton paper towels to absorb the water), wipe it clean with a clean rag dipped in water in time to prevent the stains from penetrating into the furniture and becoming difficult to clean in the future. It should be noted that velvet fabric furniture should not be exposed to water, and dry cleaning agents should be used.
④ Dry cleaning of cloth covers and bushings
The cloth covers and bushings of fabric furniture should be sent to dry cleaners for dry cleaning. They cannot be washed with water and bleaching is prohibited. This can prevent the cloth covers from losing their original bright colors and becoming old.
Wooden furniture
① Furniture containing solid wood and natural veneer must be placed in an environment with appropriate temperature and humidity, with the best humidity between 40-65; pay attention to shielding from the sun and avoid direct sunlight. Long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays will cause the surface (veneer) to turn yellow.
② Avoid washing with water or wiping wooden furniture with a wet cloth, and avoid contact with corrosive liquids (alcohol, perfume, nail polish, etc.) on the surface of the furniture; if the above situation occurs, do not apply it, dry it with cotton cloth and contact professionals for door-to-door treatment as soon as possible;
③ It is forbidden to place high-temperature containers directly on the surface of furniture, and insulation pads must be used;
④ If water, oil, wine, vinegar and other liquids accidentally drip onto the surface of wooden furniture, immediately dry it with cotton, and then wipe it clean with a soft cotton cloth that is 70% to 80% dry.
Marble furniture
① Daily use
Avoid placing objects with too high or too low temperatures directly, and place heat-insulating pads under cups or dishes to achieve the effect of heat insulation.
② Safety protection
Because marble is fragile, avoid hitting it with hard objects to avoid cracking. . For old or valuable marble, it is best to ask professionals to clean it.
③ Daily cleaning
Due to the natural properties of marble (oil conduction treatment), colored liquids such as soy sauce and wine will penetrate into marble furniture if they stay for a long time. It is recommended to apply film for better protection;
④ Damage repair
If marble (luxury stone) has cracks, damage, etc., please find a professional to repair it.
Glass furniture
① Daily use:
Glass furniture should be placed in a relatively fixed place, and objects should be placed steadily. Avoid collision and dragging. Avoid placing heavy objects or sharp objects, which can easily scratch the glass.
② Glass cleaning:
You can use glass water + newspaper or wet cotton cloth to clean it. If there are stains, you can use a towel dipped in beer or warm vinegar to wipe it off. Avoid using strong acidic and alkaline solutions to clean glass furniture.
③ Avoid excessive cooling and overheating:
Generally, tea cups, water heaters, ice cubes and ashtrays are placed on glass furniture, but these items cannot directly contact the glass surface. Pads should be placed to prevent them from expanding and contracting due to heat and contraction and local deformation.
④ Avoid exposure to the sun and rain:
Glass furniture is assembled with other materials. It is easy to cause its materials to expand and deform when exposed to the sun and rain.
